About the team

Information Technology Team is among the fastest growing ones in our firm and plays a crucial role in our operations. IT provides support to over 5 000 Deloitte Central Europe employees and driving innovation and automation onward throughout the firm. We work with modern technologies, applications, systems and infrastructure.

Who we're looking for

If you have the following qualifications,
  • technical education certificate (IT or similar);
  • English skills allowing effortless communication;
  • working experience with Windows and MS Office;
  • experience with Customer Service (having worked at Service Desk or Help Desk will be an asset);
  • certified knowledge of ITIL® (an additional asset);
  • understanding of macOS/iOS X (an additional asset);
  • teamwork skills;
  • good communication skills and resistance to stress.

Your future role

Your tasks will include:
  • preparing workstation (laptop) configuration;
  • recording, classifying and handling tickets in accordance with adopted procedures (first and second support line);
  • direct and remote technical assistance for employees experiencing problems with hardware and software;
  • close cooperation with other IT teams;
  • handling tickets under an IT ticketing system.
