Lead Program Manager (f/m)

Currently for our client, a leading provider of business-to-business distribution, logistics services and supply chain solutions, we are looking for people for the position:



Lead Program Manager (f/m)



Responsibilities:

leading and managing program managers and site managers on field and customer sites,
coordinating activities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and principles,
conferring with customers on programs performance and evaluates areas for improvement and expanded services,
administering human resource activities,
coordinating programs and ideas for cost saving and revenue generation,
developing plans for efficient use of materials, equipment, and employees,
monitoring programs' effectiveness and preparing monthly reports such as cost, savings, performance, service, quality, and improvements,
participating in contract negotiations and various management reviews,
reviewing financial information, preparing annual budgets, taking responsibility for regional P&L,
supporting company's business expansion in the region.




Requirements:

experience in a similar position,
extensive business knowledge to have regional responsibility for supporting the COO Europe across a range of business functions,
good knowledge of production processes and supply chain is essential,
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business,
fluency both in English and Polish,
driving license and willingness to undertake business travel within Poland,
ability to analyse and process large amounts of data in programs including Excel.
